Airlines.

100 days out from departure date, you can cancel without charge.need policy for under 100 days...check Jordan Tourist Agency under REFUNDS...80% 50% etc....
First deposit is due 95 days out from departure date. (Deposits can range from $300 to $450 per seat and are determined by individual airlines.) Is this refundable or not? What if someone wants a deposit refunded? are you going to give it all back or none of it back? if we pay it out we shouldn't have to give it back.
25 days before departure date full amount must be paid for airline.
Airline seating list must arrive in our office 40 days prior to departure date. Passengers registering under 40 days, no guarantee space is available. (Names can only be changed 30 days before ticket issuance.)
All deadline, payment requirements, hotels, rooming lists, airline seating list/Passport information are established based on payment requirements of the airlines and hotels. These policies established by Jordan Tourist Agency are arbitrarily decided.

Land Only Policy.

A non-refundable $250 per person deposit is due 120 days from arrival date. (Jordan Tours are required by the hotels to make non-refundable deposits.)
The final payment in full is due 50 days from arrival date.

Jordan Tourist Agency and their Agents assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries or loss of property, accident, delay, changes in schedule or itinerary or incidental damages, occasioned by circumstances beyond the control of Jordan Tourist Agency, or by any person or reason whatsoever, including but not limited to default or omission of and by any third-party providing services or facilities related to or included in this tour or any part thereof or in arranging for same. The carriers and any other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their respective conveyance.
